Our facility has an annual paper production capacity of 110,000 tonnes from recovered paper and meets a significant share of its energy needs through its own solar power plants.

View DetailsOperating as integrated facilities in the Kütahya 2nd Organized Industrial Zone, Kütahya Ambalaj and Kütahya Entegre maintain their leading position with production capabilities spanning corrugated board, pizza boxes, cardboard and edge protectors. Paper bag production is carried out at our Kütahya Kâğıt Torba facility.
TEXTILES
Established in 2021 as the Group’s strategic investment in textiles, KEY Mensucat operates a modern yarn production facility in the İslahiye Organized Industrial Zone. Its open-end and ring-spinning lines provide an annual production capacity of 20,000 tonnes.
Guided by a vision of sustainable growth, KEY Mensucat sources a significant share of its energy from renewable resources.
LOGISTICS
Established in 2015, our company continues to strengthen its position in the logistics sector through its rapid development, the employment it creates and the added value it provides.
With a fleet capacity of 500 vehicles and an extensive logistics network, this robust infrastructure supports KEY Holding’s ambition to become a global enterprise.
OTHER SECTORS
RECYCLING
Established in 2024, Kütahya Çevre conducts environmentally responsible operations at its Bursa and Kütahya facilities under its packaging-waste and non-hazardous-waste collection and sorting licences.
The company ensures that packaging and non-hazardous waste generated in its operating regions is separated at source, collected efficiently and returned to the recycling chain.
CONSTRUCTION
Founded in Istanbul in 2017, KMK Proje has undertaken domestic and international infrastructure, superstructure and contracting projects.
More recently, the company has expanded its portfolio to include urban transformation projects.
FOREIGN TRADE
Established in 1992, KMK Dış Ticaret serves customers in international markets through the trade of a diverse product portfolio, with a primary focus on paper and board.
ENERGY
KEY Holding strengthened its energy activities through the biomass facility commissioned in 2021 and solar power investments implemented in 2022. Building on this foundation, the strategic partnership established in 2026 elevated the Group’s energy operations and capabilities to a new level.
By combining established engineering solutions for high-capacity projects, particularly renewable energy systems, with the Group’s corporate capabilities, KEY Holding aims to address sector needs effectively.
