Operating as integrated facilities in the Kütahya 2nd Organized Industrial Zone, Kütahya Ambalaj and Kütahya Entegre continue to lead the sector with capabilities in corrugated board, pizza boxes, cardboard, edge protectors and paper bags offered in a broad range of colours.
PRODUCTION FACILITY
Corrugated Board Plant
Our corrugated board plant began production in 2018 as an integrated operation alongside the existing paper mill in the Kütahya 2nd Organized Industrial Zone.
Operating across 45,000 m² of enclosed space, the facility produces 140,000 tonnes of corrugated packaging annually, with a portfolio ranging from single-wall to triple-wall board.
The facility manufactures boxes and packaging in diverse specifications and dimensions for a wide range of sectors, particularly food and automotive.
Edge Protectors
Building on more than 30 years of experience in paper, our Group made a significant investment in cardboard edge protectors in Eskişehir in 2018.
The product portfolio has since expanded to include specialised products such as cores, while a new plant in the Kütahya 2nd Organized Industrial Zone was commissioned in line with growth. Our edge protector and core operations serve customers both in Türkiye and abroad.
Paper Bags
Paper bags offer a more environmentally responsible alternative for transport and packaging and have become increasingly important across many sectors. Manufactured from recycled resources, they use fewer resources, carry a lower carbon footprint and biodegrade more readily—making them a necessity rather than simply a preference for the future.
One of Türkiye’s largest paper-bag facilities by capacity, our plant began operations in 2021 in the Kütahya 2nd Organized Industrial Zone. In addition to an annual capacity of 500 million paper bags, it meets customer needs with environmentally responsible products including paper cutlery.
Pizza Boxes
We prioritise quality, hygiene and durability in pizza-box production, ensuring that food-contact packaging meets the highest safety standards. Products are tailored to customer requirements in a variety of sizes, designs and print options, using kraft, white or custom-printed board.
Our production processes favour recyclable materials and environmentally responsible practices. Fast, precise automated lines enable us to provide reliable solutions to businesses in Türkiye and international markets.
