KEY Kahramanmaraş Endüstriyel Yatırımlar Holding A.Ş., in its capacity as the data controller, holds your personal data, received and processed through your CV you have put together using this application form as part of your job application. This personal data shall be processed in the Company’s automated systems or physical environments and as per the company’s written standards in order to establish a business relationship with you and to carry out the company’s personnel recruitment processes. If a business relationship cannot be established with you, this data will be destroyed at the end of the second year. If you will be hired, the same will be kept in your personal file. Your personal data consisting of name-surname, ID number, address, telephone, education, occupation, salary, information about your references and family members provided in your resume prepared by you and/or included in your application form shall be processed within the framework of the establishment of an employee-employer relationship and signing a contract, the establishment of a right and legitimate interests in accordance with Article 5./2 of Law No. 6698. Information regarding your health declaration and criminal record in the application form may be processed based on your explicit consent. The personal data shared by you shall be shared with your references that you have given us, allowing to us to gather information about your past career and run a background check.
